Now in its third year, PAPA continues with its FREE high-energy celebration of creativity. "The Worlds Only Parading Arts Fair," as it has become known, gives all members of our community the opportunity to express themselves through costumes, art, and performance while marching together through the streets of Downtown Phoenix. Everyone is invited to walk, ride, dance, or crawl along in the parade. Attendees not interested in parading are welcome to line the streets and cheer the procession. PAPA will be located at 5th Street between Roosevelt and Garfield.

- Hosted by the Dr. Rev. Stephen Strange
Schedule of this year's PAPA festivities:
- 4pm-7pm - Pre-parade excitement
- live music on the PAPA stage

- 7:30pm - The Parade of the Arts
- 8pm - PAPA Main Stage headline performance
- 9pm - Parade competition awards ceremony
