ASU—Downtown Phoenix $218 million is being invested to create a 15,000-student campus on the north side of Copper Square. Nine city blocks will accommodate multiple new college programs and a newly designed “Civic Space” that is destined to become the “outdoor living room” of Phoenix. The campus is being developed to include of mix of public and private uses, including active retail storefronts. |
