Phoenix Biomedical Campus at Copper Square Anchored by the IGC/TGen headquarters, 28 acres of City-owned land near 5th Street and Van Buren is being developed as the hub for Arizona’s biomedical efforts. An accelerated master planning process is currently underway. Future uses include additional biomedical research, academic health and clinical uses. At full build-out, the campus is expected to create 14,000 jobs and generate an economic impact of $2.1 billion. |
