The Happening is a day long party letting people explore the urban lifestyle of Downtown Phoenix including living options, restaurants and retailers, entertainment, arts and cultural activities, and more. The Fall Event activities include the 3rd Annual Downtown Phoenix Loft & Home Tour, the “What’s Happening” Street Expo, the 3rd Phoenix Annual Parade of the Arts (PAPA), and the 2nd Downtown Phoenix Pub Crawl.
